Salsa weekends "A lo Cubano"

These weekends will mix Reggaeton and Rumba into Salsa, as is done in Cuba! There will be 2 days with 2 hours of courses for beginners and intermediate/advanced dancers, Saturday includes Cuban party at night and Sunday will have social dancing in the evening!
For beginners, these classes will introduce you to Cuban Salsa and at the same time mix some elements of both Reggaeton and Rumba into the salsa moves.
The advanced classes will work on improving your Cuban Salsa style and adding more Cuban flavour to your dance by learning Rumba and Reggaeton moves enable to mix them into the Cuban Salsa.

Kizomba weekend course 24th and 25th of September
​
This weekend's Kizomba course will be held by Benedicte Nilssen and Mohsin Mir who are both experienced Kizomba dancers who dance much socially and attended many festivals.
They will hold courses in Urban Kiz, which is somewhat different than traditional Kizomba with its quiet activity on the floor. Urban Kiz is something more active, using the floor more and have fun figures. In this style, it is used more straight arm and leg movements, which challenge the leading and guiding, the hardest part of dancing Kizomba.

Day 1:
17: 30-18: 00 Introduction to Kizomba for beginners who want to participate in the weekend course, Kr 50,- at the door.
18: 00-20: 00 Intermediate level. There will be gone through three combinations.
Day 2:
18: 30-20: 00 Advanced level. There will be gone through two combinations and leading technique.
20: 00-23: 00 Two Room Party - Social dance evening with one Kizomba room and a room for Salsa and Bachata
